Sometimes we think that complete honesty is sexy or attractive, but it's not always the case. Negative thoughts and mentality can be quite the opposite. Nothing wrong with being honest, but people don't need to know everything about you. Most times, a doctor/therapist can be a safe route to channel our darkest thoughts into a safe and productive atmosphere. Here is my story of when I was too honest about my depression.
