Finland has been ranked by the UN as the #1 happiest country in the world for the last two years! AND word on the street (find details in SHOW NOTES) is that Finland, like Germany, is facing a labor shortage. Tech companies in Finland are already actively recruiting international talent, and due to shortages in areas like healthcare, other sectors might soon follow.
