One of the worst decisions I made early on in my business? Following this advice from a well-respected marketing guru: “Don’t hire anyone. If you think you’re selling knowledge, think again… Knowledge is everywhere. And it’s free. Podcasts, YouTube, blogs… answers are just one Google search or ChatGPT conversation away.
