I'm noticing a trend among parents where we are all stressed and stretched to the max in different ways during this time. In this episode I share 3 pillars of what I'm doing to take better care of myself during this time. These Pillars include: Good Quality of Sleep and what I do to achieve it, using my cell phone as a phone more often then a source of entertainment, and limiting my sweets intake.
